Apparently Shelby American will modify its limited edition 2013 Shelby GT350. The process will offer new color options, optional performance upgrades and visual styling cues. The carmaker offers the 2013 Shelby GT350 as a coupe or as a convertible. According to the president of Shelby American, the Shelby GT350 is one of the most celebrated models in the world. The improvements were actually suggested by the enthusiasts so, it cannot fail. They will also continue with building high-performance cars and parts designed and enjoy the success.

The coupe version was painted in white with blue stripes like the initial car built back in 1965 by the carmaker. Now, the specialists offer red, blue and black-gold as extra and of course, a convertible version. This last one looks a lot like the 1966 model offered by Shelby American. The 2013 model year features styling changes, equipment choices and expanded color options, but keeps the same performance improvements. In terms of equipment the carmaker offered it has a glass roof option, Recaro seats, and a specially made rear valance. This model has as base the Ford Mustang GT and the performance specs will be transferred from the 2012 model year. The ones interested can choose between a normally aspirated engine capable of developing 430 horsepower and either a Ford Racing supercharged engine capable of producing 525 horsepower or a 624 horsepower version. All the power can be transferred to the wheels through an automatic transmission offered as option in the case of the aspirated engine and a short throw shifter is offered as standard for the manual and other models. The normally aspirated engine features a new cold air package that will increase the output to around 450 horsepower. Pricing starts at $26.995 for the normally aspirated engine and at $33.995 for the supercharged.
