Skoda Yeti

The Skoda Yeti is a five-door five-seater compact SUV model built by the Czech car manufacturer Skoda Auto. It was introduced at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show in March, as the division's first entry into the popular SUV market. On the road or off road, impediments are for the Yeti a welcomed change. There is no problem if it runs over obstacles. The innovative technique and the sturdy construction of the Yeti, place the driver into a new dimension of driving experience. In September, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Skoda Yeti received an important facelift.

As the vehicle will reach dealerships starting January 2014, The Czech manufacturer announces the price for the Skoda Yeti facelift, as well as the full details. The Yeti and Yeti Outdoor versions received the most important updates. These are different design features which will help customers discovering the potential of the Yeti. The specialists worked on the engine configurations so that they now produce lower CO2 emissions. The vehicles are also equipped with rear-view parking camera, bi-xenon lights with LED daytime running lights and KESSY keyless entry, start and exit system. Four new metallic colour schemes have also been added to the range. They are the Moon White, the Jungle Green, the Metal Grey and the Magnetic Brown.

The Skoda Yeti comes with a front-wheel-drive and it will be available in three trim levels: S, SE and Elegance. Among the engines powering the model we name the most important, the 1.6 TDI CR 105 hp DPF GreenLine II unit that emits just 119g/km of CO2, a clean and efficient engine. For the Yeti Outdoor the manufacturer offers the optional fifth-generation Haldex Clutch four-wheel-drive system, and it will offer the model in four trim grades, the S, SE, Elegance and L&K. The range includes two petrol engines and four diesels, with power outputs varying from 105 hp to 170hp. The pricing begins at £16,600 and it can go up to £26,625.
