It may have been more than a year ago since we last heard about the Vencer. The specialists have announced then that they plan to develop the Sarthe. According to them, the model will be unveiled in the UK at the Salon Prive at the beginning of September. The new model will have chrome-moly chassis attached to a honeycomb aluminum floor. To transfer the output to the road, the engineers have offered a 6-speed manual transmission. It seems that the carbon fiber bodywork of the car helps keep the weight close to 3.064 pounds.
The output of the model enables it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mpg in 3.8 seconds and to reach a top speed of 202 mph. As standard, the model comes with air conditioning, electric windows and locks, in-car entertainment, ABS and alarm. Of course, the drivers can always ask for more. Due to this configuration, the model has a very balanced weight distribution of 45 % front and 55 % at the rear. The double wishbone ensures a pure and direct vehicle control without additional electronic interference. The ones interested in participating at the 2013 edition of the salon Prive should know that tickets can be purchased online by accessing www.salonprivelondon.com or by phone, by calling the Ticket Hotline on 0808 100 2205.
By paying the entry you will have full access to all that will be offered there. Here we have to mention the Ponnery champagne, lobster luncheon, the traditional English afternoon tea and also full access to all areas. It sounds quite interesting and this is why we are looking forward into visiting our British colleagues at the Salon Prive in September.
