Volkswagen CC R-Line

German carmaker Volkswagen will present a new model in June at the Auto Mobil International Show in Leipzig even if it will not offer a downsize version of the Volkswagen CC. To be more precise, the R-line version of the CC will be the center of attention. Under the hood will have a 2.0-liter turbocharged TSI engine capable of developing 200 horsepower. All the output is being sent to the wheels through a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The R-line now has a more aggressive front bumper design with large lower air intake. On the inside it features stainless-steel R-line scuff plates and the multifunctional steering wheel for the models equipped with DSG. The CC features new front bumper, an extended range of standard equipment and rear styling. It will go on sale in March and will be capable of seating 5 passengers. The sleek, dramatic look brings the CC closer to the automotive luxury class for a very good price. Volkswagen of America was founded back in 1955 and its headquarter is in Herndon, Virginia. The work specialists do in America involves research and development, marketing and service offices, parts and vehicle processing, sales, parts distribution centers and financial service center. This is not all. Here it develops the manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This German carmaker is actually the largest in the world in terms of passenger cars and it is the largest automaker in Europe. More information will be available soon, maybe closer to the launching date, which is the 1st of June.
