Volkswagen Golf VII GTI by Oettinger

For over 60 years now the name Oettinger has stood for professional tuning. Long experience and innovative developments have made Oettinger a famous worldwide tuner for vehicles from Audi, Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda. The Oettinger tuning programs ranges from engine enhancements, over elegantly styled aerodynamic styling kits, high quality alloy wheels, sporty yet comfortable suspensions and sport exhausts, to individual leather trim and multi media solutions. And they have placed exactly these things on the Volkswagen Golf VII GTI.

The Volkswagen Golf VII GTI is equipped by the tuner with front spoiler with separate splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and a roof spoiler. A new exhaust system with twin tailpipes on each side has been added and it will sure make the Golf heard by the neighbours. A motorsport look is provided by the roof spoiler containing open R-Flaps. This part of the tuning kit will cost 1,990 Euros and it will be for sale starting August 2013.

The Volkswagen Golf VII GTI can also benefit of a power increase. The 2.0 liter turbocharged petrol can be upgraded to produce up to 350HP (257 kW) due to the sports exhaust system, air intake system, improved cooling and an ECU re-map. Other goodies are the adjustable suspension, limited slip differential, uprated clutch and brake system. A new set of sports wheels is also available. They work on every Golf VII version and cost another 1,900 Euros. As the VW Golf is a quite familiar car there will probably be enough customers to appreciate the German work done by Oettinger.
