Anyone would be right to say that the Germans are in the top of the best car manufacturers in the world. Well, they have also got some of the most competitive tuning companies, for which more is not enough and they try to push the limits of creativity to the highest possible level. Such a company is MR Racing that has just created a tuning package for the already famous Audi A7 Sportsback. The name of their project is “The Blue Wonder”.
As you have guessed by now, the Audi A7 gets a matte blue wrapping. Besides this, it also receives an RS7 front bumper and matte black and gold accents. The auto wonder is also equipped with carbon ceramic brakes, a KW Dynamic Level Control suspension and a set of 20-inch concave wheels with Pirelli P Zero Silver tires. On the inside, there isn’t much to notice, except the flat-bottomed steering wheel, special floor mats and a rear seat entertainment system with a 15-inch display.
MR Racing also played their tricks on the Audi A7’s engine, so that the 3.0-liter TDI engine now develops 299 PS (220 kW) and 612 Nm (451 lb-ft) of torque, thanks to an optimized ECU. And with a little bit of Math, we can see that the vehicle suffered a 95 PS (70 kW) and 162 Nm (119 lb-ft) increase in power. Considering the fact that the Audi A7 is without doubt the most elegant model in the German car manufacturers' portfolio at the moment, you judge if the tuning program brings any benefits.
