Germany is the most active and challenging stage in the auto field with a tough competition between brands and tuning companies at the same time. So Germany is the country that has it all when it comes to automobiles and car components. The only way to survive is to be the best. HPerformance is one of the German tuning companies that need to face every possible challenge in order to advance and create a better rated position. Their last project is a tuning pack for the 2014 Audi RS6 Avant.
The Audi RS6 Avant has been equipped with a 70mm double-pipe exhaust system featuring exhaust valves controllable either pneumatically or electronically through the MMI. The most important piece of the tuning package lies under the hood. The V8 4.0-liter twin-turbo got an ECU remap and a carbon air intake system which raised output to an impressive 700 HP (515 kW) and 860 Nm (634 lb-ft), considering the fact that the stock version develops 560 HP (412 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft).
HPerformance did not disclose any specifications on the performance of their Audi RS6 Avant. It is obvious, however, that the vehicle will do a lot more than the series wagon which sprints the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 3.9 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 190 mph (305 km/h) when configured with the Dynamic Plus package. The tuner plans on introducing larger turbochargers and special downpipes in order to increase output even more. We expect news form Germany very soon.
