BMW i3 by 3D Design and Studie Thailand

BMW is definitely the preferred brand of the tuning companies. The German cars have always been challenges for both the experienced and the beginners in the tuning field. The BMW i3 EV is relatively a new vehicle. And this is precisely why not many tuning companies created an upgrading program for it. However, the number of tuning programs for the electric vehicle keeps increasing. This time, 3D Design and Studie Thailand joined forces for a nice personalization of the i3.

Not a very long time ago we had the opportunity to study other tuning programs for the BMW i3. They were designed by SR Auto Group and Eve Ryn. Now, with this new one, the result of teaming up between 3D Design and Studie Thailand we get the chance to compare things. The first shocking thing about the tuning program is that the German vehicle is all covered in a Fire Orange paint scheme. It’s the same colour theme seen on the BMW M3 GTS or the M3 Lime Rock Park Edition.

The 3D Design and Studie Thailand program also includes glossy black body graphics and MAK alloy wheels while other noticeable elements are the custom front spoiler lip and a larger roof-mounted rear spoiler. The black and orange theme is carried on the inside, too. Here we can see Recaro LX-F seats and a retrofit Active Sound Design system generating a pre-programmed soundtrack of an inline-six, V8, V10 or even a mighty V12 engine. On the whole, we’ve got a pretty nice picture of the i3.
