BMW is a well known auto manufacturer in the entire world, having its already clear established place on every auto market. The BMW brand surely means one thing: great driving pleasure. Sporting and dynamic performance that go together with great design and unique quality characterize the German company headquartered in Munich. And they have just made a surprise for the Japanese customers, by introducing the BMW X1 Exclusive Sport in their country.
The BMW X1 Exclusive Sport comes as a limited edition with 160 units being approved for manufacturing. The basis of this edition is the X1 M Sport. The special edition is distinguished by an aerodynamic body kit and satin aluminum trim. It will be available exclusively in Alpine White or Black Sapphire metallic. The inside modifications aren’t too many. There are only beige Nevada leather seats, heated front seats and an M Sport steering wheel. The crossover also features an iDrive infotainment system with an 8.8-inch display and GPS navigation.
The BMW X1 Exclusive Sport is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine outputting 184 PS (135 kW) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque. It works linked to an eight-speed automatic transmission which can be mated to an optional all-wheel drive system. The BMW X1 Exclusive Sport is currently available for order with pricing beginning at ¥5,190,000.
