BMW X5 M Sport

Just slightly longer than the current BMW X5 and fitted with a new front end the new generation of X5 is showing its evolution. In premiere the new BMW X5 features optional rear-wheel-drive variant named the sDrive35i of course besides the well known all-wheel drive system. The exterior design is not dramatically modified and if we have a look of the previous models’ success we can say that there is no need to change anything that had such a market impact.

Spotted in traffic the 2014 BMW X5 fitted with the M Sport package attracts all the views and a BimmerPost member managed to take some pictures. The white painted aerodynamic body kit emphasizes the dark rear windows and the shadow line trim around them. The M Sport outdoor look gets new side skirts, high-gloss roof rails and light 19-inch double spoke wheels. For a more extravagant appearance clients can opt for additional 20-inch M-Double Spoke wheels and if they want to have a new driving feeling they can also upgrade the new X5 M Sport with the M Adaptive Suspension.

For the interior the M Sport package includes anthracite headliner, M foot rest and door sills, Aluminum Hexagonal trim, sport seats and what we like best the 8-speed sport automatic transmission with shift-paddles and the M-sport steering wheel. For more interior color and just as an alternative the multi-contour seats are available. As the BimmerPost member mentioned the 2014 BMW X5 fitted with the M Sport package looks very sharp but leaves the impression of its cousin the X3 M Sport. This fact may be due to the X3 size increasing model.
