Chevrolet Adra concept

For a lot of persons, the automobile represents a degree of freedom, an expression of personality and the symbol of an individual lifestyle. Sportiness, elegance, avant-gardism or refined luxury, are criteria which large-scale manufacturers wish to meet. Chevrolet is an important name in the auto field which tries to fulfill these criteria. And believe it or not, the brand has just revealed the Chevrolet Adra Concept on the occasion of the 2014 India Auto Expo.

The Chevrolet Adra concept previews a future generation of crossovers that the company is developing. The crossover segment seems to be more and more attractive, and not few are the ones who decide to become part of it by acquisitioning such a utility vehicle. So, Chevrolet decided to be there for the people that think about buying a CUV.  New Delhi, India has not accidentally been chosen as the place where the Adra has its debut. The vehicle is totally developed in India at the General Motors Technical Centre in Bangalore, India.

The Chevrolet Adra concept meets the brand’s international design language but at the same time, is accessible to Indian customers. It offers high ground clearance, tall seating position, good visibility, a spacious cabin etc. When the production version gets out, it will battle the Renault Duster and Ford EcoSport, two names that are very familiar in the Indian market.
