Dacia Duster

Dacia presented the facelifted Duster during the 65th edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Minimal changes have been added to the exterior of the budget off roader. This modifications include a chrome-plated tail pipe and e new `4WD` lettering. The auto comes with a redesigned front end, featuring a modernized grille, double optic headlights with daytime running lights and a new lower set air intake. On the front end, the redesigned lights can also be added to the styling updates list.  The new Dacia Duster runs on 16 inch alloy wheels with `Mud & Snow` tires. The color palette for the exterior features the new Comete Grey body paint.

Dacia offers two special packs for the new vehicle. The off road pack features satin chromed side bars and a bull bar, whilst the Adventure pack comes with flared wheelchairs and door still protectors.

In the inside, the auto features a redesigned dashboard with a new console mounted in the centre. Customers can now choose from four new upholstery sets including leather. The new Duster features a reinforced rear bench seat and new seats.

The manufacturer offers a wide range of accessories with the auto, including a luggage protection grille, seat covers and a loading tray. For a safer driver, customers can also have front parking sensors, a fire extinguisher kit, a child seat  and an anti theft system.

Depending on the trim level, the Duster can come with the Dacia Media Nav. Multimedia system. Starting with Euro 5 models, the vehicle features Electronic Stability Control and Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) as a standard. Also the unit is equipped with front driver and passenger air bags and a visual&audible alert for passengers and drivers that are not bucked up.

Under the hood, the new Dacia Duster runs with the new, four cylinder , 1.2 liters TCe petrol engine together with a six speed manual transmission. The fuel consumption is  of 6 liters/ 100Km. The low fuel consumption is due to the Eco Mode function. The new Duster comes in two versions of the 1.5 dCi: 90hp or 110 hp.
