The new 2014 Dodge Journey Crossroad is about to be introduced at the Chicago Auto Show. It delivers state-of-the-art technology in both form and function. It benefits of class exclusive features have also been added. All these make this Dodge one of the most technologically advanced, fuel- efficient and stylish Dodge ever created. The Americans will be happy to see the new vehicle, especially those who travel on more difficult roads.
Set between the Journey SXT and Limited, the Dodge Journey Crossroad features updated bumpers, modified side skirts and a gloss black grille. The SUV also received tinted head- and taillights, platinum chrome accents and a new set of 19-inch Hyper Black alloy wheels. Inside, there are black leathered seats, Liquid Graphite trim and a Uconnect infotainments system including an 8.4 inch display.
The Dodge Journey Crossroad is powered by two engine types. First of all, power can be provided by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 173 bhp (129 kW) and 166 lb-ft (225 Nm) of torque. A 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 unit developing 283 bhp (211 kW) and 260 lb-ft (352 Nm) of torque is also available. These two are linked either to four or six-speed automatic transmissions which can be mated to an optional all-wheel drive system. The vehicle is priced from $24,995 and starting this spring it will also arrive in dealerships.
