Ram Trucks is a United States based brand of light to mid-weight pickup trucks established in 2010 as a division of Chrysler Group LLC, formerly known as the Dodge Truck Division. It is in direct competition with the trucks manufactured by Ford or Chevy, so future projects should be a priority for the brand in order to keep pace with competition. Ram has just announced plans to introduce the Ram Heavy Duty Black.
The Ram Heavy Duty Black is supposed to be ready for the Atlanta Auto Show. The new edition comes after the big success of the Ram 1500 Black Express and it promises to transform the Ram 2500 and 3500 into one of the most dangerous looking trucks on the market. The vehicle will feature a black exterior paint and it will be distinguished by a black grille. It will use a set of 20 inch black aluminum alloy wheels. The truck will also receive tinted headlights and taillights. Other special features include fog lights, Parksense (rear parking sensors) and Parkview (a rearview camera).
The Ram Heavy Duty Black is already available on order. Its price begins at $42,140 (excluding a $1,195 destination charge). We’ll get to know more details on its official debut in Atlanta.
