Ferrari 458 Speciale by Novitec Rosso

The German tuning company Novitec is a true specialist in highly developed and precise engine modifications, as well as the highest quality products adopting optimal technical efficiency and avantgarde styling. Through the Novitec Rosso branch of the firm, they develop tuning kit for the Ferrari brand. And here we are facing their latest tuning kit prepared especially for the Ferrari 458 Speciale, the most powerful version of the Italian supercar.

The tuning package prepared by Novitec Rosso includes a lightweight body kit containing new spoiler and blade for the front bumper, carbon-fiber moldings with gill-shaped profile for the rear side windows, a rear wing and a carbon-fiber diffusor with an electrically adjustable center section. The body kit mainly has two missions: the car gets a more awesome look and it benefits of directional stability at high speeds.

Besides the body kit, the Ferrari 458 Novitec Rosso will feature some power boosts, too. The best of them is the 636 PS (468 kW) at 9,250 rpm squeezed from the 4.5-liter eight-cylinder engine. The maximum torque goes up to 572 Nm (422 lb-ft) at 5,550 rpm. These figures generate a possible maximum speed of more than 330 km/h (205 mph). There’s another great part coming from Novitec Rosso, the exhaust system, which has received a lot of attention from the German tuner. It includes two high-performance exhaust manifolds, sports catalysts and a rear muffler. It is made from INCONEL, the same material used for the exhaust systems in Formula 1, making it lighter. The sports exhaust will be also available as an individual element with a version with electronic sound management.
