As we can all remember, Honda has launched the 2014 Accord lineup just after the official debut of the hybrid version that took place in June this year. The coupe version was offered for sale already and the sedan will be on the market starting the 22nd of August. The new lineup includes a direct-injected 4-cylinder engine and a powerful and fuel efficient V6 unit. To transfer all the output to the wheels, the engineers have offered a sporty CVT and also a 6-speed manual transmission. The Accord was revealed for the first time last year and back then, it was the most popular midsize passenger car in America for the first six months for this year. These data are based on sales to individual car buyers.
Over time, the 2013 Honda Accord managed to will a lot of awards thanks to the improved fuel efficiency, fun-to-drive performance, customer-friendly connectivity, advanced safety features and a lot more. The sedan version will have a starting price of $21.955 and the coupe now costs $23.625. Moving on, we have the 2014 Accord Plug-in Hybrid Sedan which will have a starting price of $39.780. The Honda Accord Hybrid Sedan does not have a public price yet, but it is just a matter of time. Under the hood, it hides a 2.4-liter, 4-cylinder, direct-injected engine with a continuously variable transmission or a 6-speed manual transmission, just as mentioned above. The Plug-in Hybrid Sedan and the new Accord Hybrid Sedan both use an all-new two-motor hybrid system paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
The interior includes a lot of high quality materials and a great level of luxury and craftsmanship. The carmaker also brings great innovative technology elements to impress all buyers.
