According to Honda, the specialists plan to introduce the new 2014 Civic Tourer at the 2013 edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show that will take place next month. The engineers are trying to improve the Civic range with the new hatchback model. This will come with exterior and interior design refinements.
The first model is the Honda NSX Concept II. We had the opportunity to see it for the first time in March at the Geneva Motor Show and it suggests a halo of the Earth Dreams Technology series and tries to bring a balance between dynamic performance and environmental efficiency. Moving on, we have the McLaren Honda MP4/4 Heritage F1 car that receives power from a 1.500cc V6 twin-turbo engine. The car set the record for the number of GP wins in a season and won both championships: Constructor and Driver. There is a partnership between Honda and McLaren and under this joint project, Honda will return to F1 in 2015. The next model on the list is the Honda WTCC Car that will compete in the 2013 FIA World Touring Car Championship and Honda will be displaying the 2013 car at the Frankfurt 2013. The model receives power from a HR412E engine, a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder direct injection turbocharged petrol unit. Leaving a little the car behind, know that the specialists will also display the RC213V Race Motorcycle that is currently running in the Moto GP for the Repsol Honda team. For the ones interested in the press conference, be advised that it will take place on the 10th of September on the Honda stand at 13.30 CET. These are all the details we were able to dig so far on the matter.
