The fact that people’s tastes when it comes to cars are very different and variable is something certain. And lately, many of them choose to buy a crossover and this way the crossover segment in the auto field is developing a lot. Some of the most important companies own at least a crossover in their car fleet. So does Hyundai. The Korean company is the proud owner of the Hyundai Tucson which has just received a special edition, called the Walking Dead edition.
As the name suggests you could easily imagine that the Hyundai Tucson Walking Dead edition is wearing an Ash Black exterior which also has some body side graphics and special badging. The crossover also comes with four decals - Hilltop, Kingdom, Saviors and Survivors - that will facilitate buyers to an easier choice of their allegiance to certain factions from The Walking Dead.
Inside the cabin, the Hyundai Tucson Walking Dead edition features black leather seats, special floor mats and a seven-inch touchscreen display with a special The Walking Dead splash screen. The model also has special badging and a "Zombie Survival Kit" that contains everything from zip ties to mint toothpaste. The vehicle is powered by a 2.4-liter Theta II GDI engine outputting 182 bhp (135 kW) and 177 lb-ft (240 Nm) of torque. It works linked to a six-speed automatic transmission which can be mated to an optional all-wheel drive system. There is no word on the pricing yet.
