Hyundai Veloster Turbo-R Spec

Hyundai Motor Company has always tried to create innovative methods to please its customers. The company leads Korea’s auto industry and it is also an important auto company in the world. Ingenious thoughts have reunited in the form of a new idea for the Hyundai Veloster. The Los Angeles Auto show is hosting not only the new Veloster but also the hotter R-Spec variant.

The R-Spec prescription was already given to three Genesis models, so it is time now for the Hyundai Veloster to receive it. Among the new features it has, there is an updated suspension kit and a new steering wheel. The vehicle has got a six-speed close-ratio manual gearbox that received an updated shift knob. The upgraded vehicle has some exterior red accents that make it special, as well as a short-throw B&M Racing Sport Shifter, red leatherette bolsters with red and black cloth insert sport seats and more "R-Spec" badging which can also be found on the floor mats.

The Hyundai Veloster Turbo-R Spec is powered by a direct-injected 1.6-liter turbo engine that generates 201 bhp (150 kW) and 195 lb-ft (264 Nm). It is the same engine configuration as in the regular Turbo variant. The vehicle will enter production next month and the deliveries will start in February 2014. The price is yet unknown. The R-Spec takes the Veloster theme of affordable performance to an entirely new level that is sure to appeal to driving enthusiasts.
