In 1972 Jochen Arden laid the foundation stone for the present company Arden and in the following decades it became synonymous with elegant design paired with the most modern technology in the English luxury car segment. The company is dedicated to upgrading Jaguar, Range Rover, Bentley and MINI cars, being a true British company. The tuner has been a rather busy one lately, and the latest of its projects is an upgrade of the Jaguar F-Type R Coupe.
Arden equips the Jaguar F-Type R Coupe with a set of Sportline 22-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels available in the same colour as the car, as well as a new sport suspension bringing the vehicle closer to the ground by 25 mm. This improves the stance and the handling at the same time. There is also a new front splitter as well as different color accents for the front and rear.
The Jaguar F-Type R Coupe is powered by a 5.0 liter supercharged V8 developing 550HP (404 kW) and 680Nm (504 lb-ft) of torque. The car runs the 0-100 km/h distance in 4.2 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 300 km/h (186 mph). Arden can improve performance of the engine with 40HP (29 kW) and 52Nm (39 lb-ft). Other notable options are a performance braking system with red calipers, switchable Active sports exhaust system, quad exhaust pipes, configurable Dynamics System, Electronic Active Differential with Torque Vectoring by braking, performance seats with premium leather facings and R embossing, 3-spoke leather flat-bottomed steering wheel with Ignis gear shift paddles, dark technical weave aluminum console finisher with R graphic, configurable ambient interior lighting with selectable palette. So this time Arden offers a pretty complex tuning program that can satisfy even the most demanding client.
