At the very instant you say Land Rover you automatically think of sport utility vehicles. The Range Rover is the company’s premium brand, which it a very successful one. Every car producer tries to come up with something different and to make competition between brands bigger and bigger. To resist in a field that is continuously changing they have to come up with something new whenever the market requires it. So, the Land Rover has just introduced a new long base variant of the 2014 Range Rover L.
The 2014 Range Rover L extended wheelbase will have its official debut at the Dubai Motor Show which will take place between 5th and 9th November. We won’t have a stretched limo Range Rover, but the long wheelbase version will have a 5.2 meters length. The regular variant is 5 meters long. The increase in length provides more legroom for the back passengers and also more comfortable seats. The L Range Rover is equipped with powered side door blinds and a panoramic sunroof and it also offers an increased stowage capacity.
The Vogue, Vogue SE, Autobiography, Autobiography Black and the Hybrid version will all benefit of the L treatment starting next year. The maximum effort of the people working for the Land Rover will be found on the Autobiography Black version which is wanted to become the top range vehicle in the fleet. It will have the highest quality leather and materials as well as some unique exterior elements. Until we get to see it, we have the Range Rover L variant which will be delivered beginning with March 2014.
