Maybach 57S by Night Luxury

Maybach was a German luxury car manufacturer, founded back in 1909 by Wilhelm Maybach. Today, it is owned by Daimler AG. Maybach ceased to be a brand in 2013 and the last branded vehicle was manufactured in December 2012. This was a consequence of poor sales. Only 3000 units were sold since the company’s revival in 2002 although the expectations were greater, since it was wanted to be a profitable rival to Rolls Royce or Bentley.  Well, for those few Maybach owners, Night Luxury decided to offer a tuning package based on the Maybach 57S model.

The luxurious Maybach 57S is now equipped with new front and rear aprons as well as a rear diffuser made from carbon fiber and at the front there are LED daytime running lights. Carbon fiber was also used for updating the hood, doors, boot lid and the A-, B- and C-pillars. Even the engine cover and air filter boxes have been made from the same lightweight material. The tuned car rides on a set of 24 inch wheels that have a carbon-finished rim, and are shod in Pirelli 285/30 R24 rubbers. The vehicle also got custom quad exhaust system with valve control which has increased output of the twin-turbo AMG 12-cylinder engine from 612 HP (450 kW) to 712 HP (524 kW).

Although luxurious, the Maybach 57S is now even more elegant. It features leather-wrapped dashboard with a carbon fiber look, diamond stitching for the door sills, inside of the doors and also for the foot space, leather with carbon-like diamond stitching for the trunk and white-painted carbon fiber elements as well as 39 parts that have a black carbon fiber finish. Technology is not missing from the equation. We can find iPads, Apple TV module, a last generation GPS system etc. The price hasn’t been made public yet, however, 1 million US dollars might be enough.
