McLaren is by definition a spectacular brand that creates awesome vehicles. In the past years, McLaren vehicles have been set under the magnifier of many tuning companies. The sporty cars have received a great amount of tunes. Mansory, Hamann Motorsports, Gemballa, Fab Design, Wheelasandmore, Hennessey Performance are just a few of the names that took on the challenge of modifying the already super cars. But it seems there’s no better tuning package than the one coming from the official tuner of the McLaren brand, the McLaren Special Operations. MSO has just introduced their special McLaren 650S Coupe.
The MSO McLaren 650S Coupe reunites optimized aerodynamic performance and a more dramatic appearance. The tuner prepared some elements which can work as well on the 650S Spider, 12C Coupe or the 12C Spider. The new aerodynamic components include an updated rear diffuser and side blades completely made from carbon fiber. MSO wrapped the supercar in Agrigan Black exterior paint scheme made of a metallic black hue and a deep ruby red metallic flake. Under direct sunlight the special paint modifies its color and contrasts the satin-finished carbon fiber body parts.
The MSO McLaren 530S Coupe features new front splitter, air intakes, together with a new GT3-like rear bumper with a carbon fiber center area. The amazing vehicle rides on a set of satin black 650S alloy wheels shod in Pirelli P Zero Corsa rubbers. Inside the car, we discover fixed-back carbon fiber seats inspired by the P1 ones which weight 15 kg less and are covered in carbon black leather. The rear diffuser for example, costs 7,245 GBP and the side blades worth 5,114 GBP. Summing up, we’ll probably reach quite a big price, but clients won’t lack, that’s for sure.
