McLaren is by definition a spectacular brand that creates awesome vehicles. In the past years, McLaren vehicles have been set under the magnifier of many tuning companies. The sporty cars have received a great amount of tunes. Mansory, Hamann Motorsports, Gemballa, Fab Design, Wheelasandmore, Hennessey Performance are just a few of the names that took on the challenge of modifying the already super cars. But it seems there’s no better tuning package than the one coming from the official tuner of the McLaren brand, the McLaren Special Operations. MSO has just revealed a special McLaren P1.
The McLaren P1 upgraded by MSO is clearly distinguished by a Satin Volcano Red paint scheme. The supercar also features some glossy highlights and has received a number of other elements. Worth mentioning is a 24 carat gold-plated exhaust heat shield as a throwback to its iconic predecessor, the great F1.
MSO’s McLaren P1 features the same colour scheme on the inside, too. The red is visible on the center stack and stitching while some of the areas surrounding the buttons and knobs have received a glossy finish reflecting the exterior. McLaren is manufacturing 375 units of the super P1 and all of them have already been sold before even being made, so there are high chances that the wealthy future owners of the car to chose customizing programs.
