Mitsubishi Shogun facelift

In 1982 Mitsubishi launched a new breed of car: a 4x4 combining the power and versatility to go where other cars could not and enjoying the kind of specification normally only available in more expensive models. The modern Shogun is practical, superb value for money, unbeatable for loading, lugging and pulling heavy objects, and absolutely unstoppable in the wild. The Mitsubishi Shogun has just received a facelift edition available for the UK.

The fourth generation of the Mitsubishi Shogun has been on sale since 2006 but it wasn't truly an all-new model as it was basically an update of the third-gen that came out way back in 1999. And it seems that at least for now, the Japanese company is satisfied with not making another model. They only refresh the existing one, this time with a facelift.

Despite the fact that the facelift on the Mitsubishi Shogun is a rather minor one, the vehicle features a restyled front fascia, xenon headlights with headlamps washers and integrated fog lamps with LED daytime running lights. The SUV also has a USB port, improved sound deadening material, rear AC, tire pressure monitoring system, black or beige leather upholstery, piano black or wood accents. It can be ordered with silver, grey or brown metallic paint schemes as well as with black or white pearlescent hues and a solid white finish. The pricing of the facelift model starts at £28,599.
