We now have some fresh details on the new Nissan Altima regarding its price. Apparently the model will be sold nationwide at Nissan dealers. It has been redesigned both on the interior and exterior and this 2014 version offers a number of significant enhancements for 2014. In terms of connectivity, Altima comes with NissanConnectSM connected car service with NissanConnectSM Apps which will be available from this fall, a global smart phone integration platform that includes in-vehicle smart phone integration for Android and iPhone operating systems. Other enahncements include revised seat cloth, enhanced noise isolation and also chrome exhaust tips on all models.
A new Sport Value Package with 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels, remote engine start and trunk lid spoiler has been added together with a new Technology Package that includes Nissan ConnectSM with Navigation and a lot more. The new 2014 Nissan Altima will be available with 7 models including the 2.5-liter, 2.5 S, 2.5 SV and 2.5 SL that have a 182 horsepower 2.5 liter inline 4-cylinder and the 3.5 S, 3.5 SV and 3.5 SL capable of generating 270 horsepower with the 3.5-liter V6 unit. All models will come with a standard Xtronic CVT.
The retail prices for the models are different, of course. The Sedan 2.5-liter CVT will cost $21.860, the 2.5 S CVT will cost $22.380. Moving on, we have the Sedan 2.5 SV CVT that has a starting price of $27.760 and the 3.5 S CVT that has a starting price of $26.160. the last two are the 3.5-liter SV CVT that will cost $28.360 and the 3.5-liter SL CVT that has a starting price of $30.660.
