Peugeot 108 convertible

Peugeot specialists seem to work a lot lately. We can say this because of the new model 108, which was unveiled recently. Actually, the model is available in two different body styles: hatchback and with a retractable fabric roof, which is called 108 TOP. Thanks to its size, we can understand that the model was design to excel in urban traffic. The front end has a bold grille, central beam and lower air intake. The upper section, as you can see in the photo gallery, contains LEDs for daytime running lights. The Lion logo can be seen above, central between the two bonnet lines with run up to the windscreen in one fluid movement. To enter the car, you have one or two doors on each side that stretch from wheel to wheel. It has a comfortable cabin that feels like it has come from a much larger premium car.

The speedometer housing forms part of the steering column, which is adjustable for height and covered by a cowl to ensure it is legible in all light conditions. Once the driver in his seat, the different controls are all within easy reach. Here we have to mention the striking 7-inch touch-screen, the starter button coupled with the Peugeot Open and Go system, plus the automatic air conditioning. For the ones that will prefer the retractable roof, the specialists have prepared the electric control switch which is 80 cm wide and 76 cm long situated above the rear view mirror. The carmaker will present it to the public for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show at the beginning of March. The ones interested in owning one should know that it will be available for sale in the UK starting with July.
