Porsche 911 Turbo by Switzer

The Switzer brand is synonymous with performance and innovation. They strive to always evolve and always improve. It is their goal to deliver a truly unforgettable driving experience to each and every one of their clients. They believe that anyone can sell "performance" parts that are of no need. At Switzer Performance, they choose to stand apart by actively listening as the client explains his desires, understanding exactly what he wants to accomplish, and delivering a unique, finished product built to every individual’s needs. And the tuner has just revealed the latest tuning program for the Porsche 911 Turbo.

Switzer put together this special upgrade for the Porsche 911 Turbo at a client’s request. The model is distinguished by Switzer-specific turbochargers, new intercoolers and a high-flow air intake. The car also has a flex-fuel injection system and a stainless steel sports exhaust system. All these additional elements bring the engine to an output of 900 bhp (671 kW) and more than 800 lb-ft (1083 Nm) of torque.

The modifications suffered by the Porsche 911 Turbo enable the supercar to sprint from 60-130 mph (96-209 km/h) in less than five seconds and do the quarter mile in about nine seconds at roughly 150 mph (241 km/h). The tuner also equipped the vehicle with a set of 19-inch HRE 597 Rs wheels wrapped in Toyo R888 rubbers and H&R lowering springs. The mystery client that asked Switzer to upgrade his vehicle has the intention of entering the car in more events planned for this year.
