Rolls-Royce Wraith by Novitec

The German tuning company Novitec is a true specialist in highly developed and precise engine modifications, as well as the highest quality products adopting optimal technical efficiency and avantgarde styling. The latest news involving the tuning firm is that they have created a tuning program for the Rolls-Royce Wraith, right after another one available for the Ghost.

Novitec played the game of an aerodynamic kit on the Rolls-Royce Wraith. This kit includes a new front bumper, new rocker panels, air extractors behind the front wheel arches and a fancy spoiler at the back manufactured of clear-coated carbon fibers. The vehicle is also equipped with a set of new 22-inch alloy wheels available in silver, matte black or titanium fitted wrapped in Pirelli rubbers measuring 265/35 R22 and 295/30 R22. The luxurious car also features an air suspension with a special control module that brings the car closer to ground by about 40 mm at speeds below 140 km/h (87 mph). At higher speeds the body automatically goes back to its original level. A carbon-ceramic high-performance braking system with vented discs is also included in the tuning package.

Novitec equipped the Rolls-Royce Wraith with a processor-controlled plug-and-play module for the V12 engine that features custom mapping for injection and ignition and increases the boost pressure of the twin-turbo engine. Due to all these improvements, the engine now has some additional 84 PS (62.5 kW) and 186 Nm (137 lb-ft) compared to the standard model for a total output of 707 PS (527 kW) and 986 Nm (727 lb-ft). The 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint is done in 4.2 seconds but the maximum speed keeps being electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).
