Compact yet roomy, economical yet agile, the Skoda Citigo is an ideal car both in and out of the city. It offers a surprisingly nice drive, especially in the infernal traffic we find in the crowded cities. The Skoda branch from The Netherlands has just announced special editions for the Citigo and we are talking here about the Active Pro and Expedition versions of the vehicle, both bringing a few minor changes to the initial vehicle.
The Skoda Citigo Active Pro is available as a three and five door model being powered exclusively by a 1.0-liter GreenTech engine which develops 60 PS (44 kW). Among the options that are worth mentioning we find an AC system including pollen filter, Funky radio system with CD/MP3 support, a special Haydn Blue fabric upholstery that makes great team with the blue accents on the air vents and center console. The Citigo Active Pro costs 9,660 EUR for the three-door and 9,990 EUR for the five-door versions.
As for the Skoda Citigo Expedition, it is available only for the five door model. It features black plastic mouldings on the wheel arches, side skirts and roof. It rides on a set of 14-inch silver Apus alloy wheels. The cabin has some new elements such as stainless steel door sills and blue accents for the dashboard and seats. We are happy to find a Funky radio system, front electric windows, remote central locking, AC with pollen filter, height-adjustable driver's seat and a two-tone horn. The correct pricing for this version is 11,990 EUR for the Citigo Expedition powered by the 60 PS 1.0-liter engine and 13,750 EUR for the 1.0-liter CNG engine producing 68 PS (50 kW).
