The Worthersee GTI-Treffen festival in Austria keeps surprising us with its original vehicles. At the beginning it was aimed at Golf GTI enthusiasts but is now open to anything from the VAG fleet. This current edition marks the 33rd anniversary and it shows no sign of ever stopping! Over 140,000 enthusiasts drive to it from all over Europe, it’s a huge celebration of modern European car tuning culture. And Skoda is a brand that needs to show new things. The Skoda Rapid Spaceback Red and Grey Collection is one of the models that we will see in Austria.
The Skoda stand at Worthersee also includes the CitiJet concept, Yeti Xtreme concept, Fabia Super 2000 rally car and the Octavia Combi RS. The Skoda Rapid Spaceback Red and Grey will be equipped with a series of components from the Skoda Original Accessories catalog. It is distinguished by grey-red strips on the roof, hood and at the back, while the mirror housings are dressed in carbon. It also features taillights, a set of 17-inch SAVIO alloy wheels and a bespoke sports kit that includes a front spoiler with black splitter whereas at the back there's a unique spoiler.
The Skoda Rapid Spaceback Red and Grey Collection has leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel with red accents, red leather-covered hand brake and gear shift lever, as well as aluminum pedals, sports seats, floor mats with red stitching and aluminum door sill plates. The vehicle looks quite nice and successfully completes the Skoda fleet present at Worthersee.
