Smart ForTwo GrandStyle Edition

The Smart is known all over the world as a car especially conceived for the crowded streets of urban areas. No matter where you are, in the U.S., in the U.K., in South-Eastern Europe, in middle Asia, or in any part of the world it is impossible not to see the Smart making its way through the life in the city. And for all Smart lovers, this week brought a surprise.  Smart has made clear the plans to introduce a Smart ForTwo GrandStyle Edition in the United Kingdom.

The Smart ForTwo GrandStyle Edition specially designed for the United Kingdom is based on the ForTwo Passion. The special edition is distinguished by a sophisticated and modern exterior. It features LED daytime running lights, titanium headlight surrounds and it sits on a set of black 15-inch alloy wheels. On the inside, though, modifications are not so many. The small vehicle received only a leather-wrapped steering wheel and black Artico upholstery. The vehicle is equipped with air conditioning system and a Navigation Highline infotainment system containing a 6.5-inch display. On request, the special vehicle can also be equipped with a Comfort Package that means heated seats and electrically-adjustable door mirrors.

The Smart ForTwo GrandStyle Edition is powered by two types of 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engines. The first one is the naturally-aspirated variant which outputs 71 bhp (52 kW) and the turbocharged variant which generates 84 bhp (62 kW). The small car will be available as a coupe with a panoramic roof, or cabrio with a fully automatic soft top. The Smart GrandStyle Edition is priced from £10,330 OTR.
