Chevrolet Tahoe

Chevrolet has introduced the new versions of their best selling full sized SUVs: Tahoe and Suburban. Chevrolet global chief marketing officer stated that the customers `will experience greater refinement, efficiency and safety with the same capability that has made Chevrolet the go-to brand for full-size SUVs.`

As vehicle designed for the entire family, the models will feature fold flat second and third row seats with an optional power folding feature and a two inches enhanced leg room for the second row passengers. Both the Tahoe and the Suburban are focused on safety measures equipment and include standard and optional features such as: lane change assist, forward collision alert adaptive cruise control, front park assist and an only front seat centre air bag.

The autos feature an aluminium hood and lift gate panels and the original dual port grille is flanked by projector beam headlamps. For a specific and unmatched driving experience, the models feature a redesigned electric variable assist power steering system, a four wheel disc brake system with Duralife brake rotors and 18 inches standard wheels.

Both of the units feature a special anti theft system. This feature enables the driver to shut down the key systems, thus creating autos which can only be stolen by a very imaginative thief considering that the models will be virtually impossible to start or move.

Regarding connectivity, the vehicles can feature up to six USB ports, and eight inch color screen My link connectivity. The models include a rear seat entertainment system featuring a Blu-ray DVD player.

The autos are powered by a 5.3 liter EcoTec3 V8 engine generating 355 bhp (250 kW) and 383 lb-ft (519 Nm) of torque. The Hydra-Matic 6L80 six speed automatic transmission can be optionally connected to a four wheel drive system.

Both Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban will be available for purchase starting with the beginning of 2014.
