Honda, carmaker had a very busy last months. The specialists we actually working on developing the new 2015 Honda Pilot Special Edition, which they have also managed to release recently. It might come as a surprise to a lot of you as no campaigns have been run. This is in fact a model created to slot between the Pilot EX and EX-L. It has several elements that make it distinguish itself. Several elements included here are a unique pewter gray aluminum wheels and a special badge as well. Here we can also find a rear seat entertainment system, Sirus XM satellite radio and a power moonroof. Under the hood, the engineers have added a 3.5-liter i-VTEC V-6 engine with Variable Cylinder Management.
To transfer the output to the road, the model uses a 5-speed automatic transmission with Grade Logic Control. The trims available are 2-wheels drive or with the Variable Torque Management 4-wheel drive system. These elements can provide the maximum-possible torque transfer to the rear wheels in case of stuck conditions of very low traction. The new Honda Pilot was developed and engineered in California at the R&D facilities. The starting price established by the carmaker for the new Pilot is USD33.120, which does not include the destination charge.
