The Geneva Motor Show is the event of the moment. Here, every car lover in the world can admire the vehicles he likes. Among the cars exhibited here, we also find the Kia cee'd GT Line, which is just having its official debut. This special GT Line mixes elements from the regular GT line and from the standard cee'd models.
The Kia cee'd GT Line will be available for the coupe, hatchback and the wagon versions. Besides the regular engines, there will also be a fresh developed three-cylinder, 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline unit which produces 120 HP (88 kW) and 172 Nm (127 lb-ft) of torque. The already famous 1.6-liter CRDi has been upgraded and now produces 133 HP (98 kW) and 285 Nm (210 lb-ft). The one before this had an output of 128 HP and 265 Nm. This engine can now be optionally mated with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox which should increase smoothness and comfort in automatic mode and faster gear changes and lower fuel consumption in manual mode.
The Kia cee'd GT Line is distinguished by special 17-inch alloy wheels, ice cube LED DRLs and an enhanced body. Stepping inside the vehicle, we can’t help to notice GT Line-specific upholsteries, steering wheel, aluminum pedals, new start/stop button, illuminated USB and AUX ports, new chrome trim and piano black accents. The GT Line is supposed to arrive on the market in the last part of the year.
