Range Rover Sport tuned by Aspire Design

The Range Rover Sport was revealed at the 2014 New York Auto Show. The model is 62mm longer, but still shorter in comparison to the regular Range Rover. The engineers have provided 2 types of engines which both will be available upon launch. One is a 3.0-liter SDV6 diesel capable of generating 288 BHP and the second one is a 5.0-liter V8 gasoline which has 503 BHP output. The manufacturer is planning on increasing the lineup with a TDV6 diesel producing 254 BHP, a 4.4-liter SDV8 with 334 BHP and last, but not least a 2.0-lliter turbocharged gasoline unit. For the moment, the model is equipped with a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission to transfer the output from the engine to the road. The top of the range one has a starting price of GBP81.550.

Now, we all know that a lot of carmakers are turning to different tuning companies to make their models more appealing. Range Rover is one of them. The Sport version will receive a body kit from Aspire Design, which will make it hard to miss on the streets. All Aspire design parts are produced from Polyurethane plastic and Carbon fiber exposed to weave on the more detailed parts like front splitter and rear diffuser. The package will customize the front bumper, front splitter, DRL intakes and lights, side vents, front grille, rear tailgate spoiler and rear roof spoiler. The list continues with carbon fiber interior paneling, leather interior trim and to transfer the power to the road, 22-inch Aspire wheels. Last on the list we have the exhaust tips rear tailgate spoiler, door mouldings and the door moulding extensions and a lot more. These are the new elements the Range Rover Sport will receive from Aspire Design, or at least this is promise. We will have to wait and see if this is really going to happen or not. These are all the details available for the moment on these plans, but hopefully more will be revealed soon.
