Efijy Concept produced by Holden

Holden is thinking about producing its Efijy concept in limited edition. First unveiled in 2005 as a modern version of the hot rod, the Efijy just recently won the North American Concept Car of the Year award, generating even more interest in the auto. Holden has been receiving some requests for the Efijy and could make this concept to order.

Cars Guide says the Efijy price would be around $1 million, meaning the cost of hand-build the original concept. Tom Walkinshaw organization — who helps run the racing division at Holden — could be a partner in building a road-going variant of the concept. No specifications about the performance have been unveiled but Efijy is constructed on the Corvette C5 platform, powered by a supercharged V8 6.0L.
