The price for Nissan Murano 2009 was made public

Al Castignetti, vice president and general manager, Nissan Division, Nissan North America, Inc described the evolution of Murano as it follows: “When Murano was introduced in 2003, there were only eight vehicles in the middle crossover segment. Since then, the segment has grown to become the fifth largest in the industry with more than 20 models competing in this segment. We’re pricing the all-new Murano to take advantage of the growing interest in the segment, adding standout value to its standout design, features, quality and safety.”

In addition, the new model of Murano 2009 is offered in five models and it mainly tries to combine, just as the previous versions of Murano succeeded, the new standards for style, safety, class and sports-like look.The new Murano version features a standard 265-hp V6 engine and advanced, second-generation Xtronic CVT™. The price for this vehicle starts at 26,330 $ and comes up all equipped with, among other, dual zone air conditioning, power front windows with one-touch auto up/down with auto reverse feature, push button ignition, 60/40 split fold-flat rear seat, auxiliary audio input jack, 18-inch wheels. For extensive standard features you have to pay more, up to 27,930 $ for the Muranno S. The SL FWD version offers in plus front fog lights, steering wheel audio switches, rear privacy glass, leather wrapped steering wheel and has a starting price of 27,880 $.

The brand-new luxury version of Murano, the LE AWD, offers new technology features such as bi-functional xenon headlights, XM® Satellite Radio, Interface System for iPod, 7-inch color display, Intelligent Key, Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System, 20-inch alloy wheels, leather-appointed heated seats and interior wood trim.
