The luxurious Invicta comes up in 4 seats version

Since the early days of 2000, when the Invicta model was presented to the auto world for the first time, it established an image of a high-performance and luxurious vehicle. The latest version of the car appeared recently in a motor show in Brussels and impressed the audience by a brand-new feature- 2+2 seating arrangement (previous versions were strict two seats). The car weights up to 1,380 kg and it features a one-piece carbon-fiber body shell, bonded to a steel tube space frame chassis and forming a quite lightweight but exceptionally strong structure.

In order to improve handling even further, the engine and gearbox were positioned back in the chassis and squeezed the fuel tank in between the rear wheels to achieve a close to the ideal 50/50 weight distribution. The complicated manufacturing process has its advantages, like high flexional and torsional rigidity and very high impact resistance. A five-speed manual made by Borg-Warner is sending power to the rear wheels and a six-speed manual is also available. All this means an impressing power and there comes as no surprise that the vehicle can accelerate to 60mph in under four seconds and its top speed is above 200mph.
