After revealing last year the Wolfsburg Edition Jetta 2.5 L, Volkswagen is launching today the Wolfsburg Edition Jetta 2.0T, a car that will offer buyers a value priced variant of the spacious and sporty Jetta sedan. The 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition Jetta costs $20,875 having a six-speed manual transmission; $21,950 with the optional automatic transmission six-speed DSG.
The Wolfsburg Edition Jetta 2.0T runs with a turbo-charged four-cylinder engine that makes 200 horsepower plus 207 ft-lbs. of torque.
It comes standard featuring 17-inch alloy wheels, having leatherette seats, and is found in the following color schemes; Black, Platinum Gray, Salsa Red and Reflex Silver.
Like the rest of Jetta model line, this Wolfsburg Edition comes standard having many safety features. Content including: six standard airbags, crash optimized front end, anti-intrusion side door beams. And for additional safety, there`re two rear side airbags are available also as an option. The 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition Jetta comes also with an array of car control safety features. This includes a four-wheel ABS anti-lock system of braking, Electronic Brake-pressure Distribution, Electronic Stabilization Program, Anti-Slip Regulation and Hydraulic Brake Assist. The 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition Jetta also comes in standard mode having a system of electro-mechanical power steering for added control.
Volkswagen of America, Inc. announced today the 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition Jetta. Volkswagen will make approximately 12,500 special edition autos. This new variant Jetta 2.0T follows the highly successful last year`s 2.5 L Wolfsburg Edition Jetta.
