Sintesi Concept by Pininfarina

Pininfarina — the house of design to go-to for Ferrari and some others — has revealed its latest concept auto at the Motor Show in Geneva. Nicked the Sintesi, the show`s not only going to be stylish but also will showcase some all new active safety systems.

"This concept car is the synthesis of our values, of the love for our work and our passion for innovation, of beauty driven by functionality, of sportiness and elegance. However, Sintesi isn't only the expression of Pininfarina design; it also embraces innovative technologies that allow us to explore new typologies of mobility, active safety and packaging solutions" said Lowie Vermeersch, the project lead designer.

One of the many technologies Sintesi concept introduced was the system Pininfarina calls Clancast. This Clancast system is talking with other autos on the road, communicating traffic patterns and eliminating the need for the traffic lights plus other street signs.

The Sintesi concept features seating for four and produces more than 700 horsepower from the hydrogen power-train.
The show auto was penned under the Lowie Vermeersch’s supervision — the firm's head of design — plus is the first concept shown by Pininfarina in three years.
