Since the first 2000 auction, the specialist auctioneer Bonhams sold more than the £14m worth Aston Martin units and related automobiles often at the record-breaking levels. In 2007 the 1970 Aston Martin DB6 Mk2 Volante model sympathetically restored by the Works Service achieved the record price of £430,500.

This year is no exception with a record 41 cars entered in the auction; amongst the most notable... lot 345 a 1961 Aston Martin DB4 GT Coupé, the most sought after arguably of the David Brown Aston Martin road vehicles.
