Spy photographers again have managed to snap images of the ultimate Prius third-generation. However, different from the previous shots, now the spy photographers caught the first picture of the auto’s interior. Evidenced by recent shots, this next-generation of Prius will be keeping the same unique shape of the present unit, but actually will be around 2.5 cm wider plus shorter with 3 cm than this auto. As you know from the past images, Toyota will be offering an optional package (premium) solar roof, that will be assisting the air conditioning plus the electronics. Out back, looks like this new Prius will receive sharper edge lines, good for the air flow.
The Prius 2010 will be made at Toyota’s all-new Mississippi factory, and will be measuring a bit bigger than the present unit. Power's expected at 40 horsepower more from a brand new 1.8-liter engine, plus better economy of fuel. The Prius auto will be still aided by the nickel hydride metal batteries, but the lithium ion batteries now are anticipated on the not-so-far future. Look for Prius to have its official revealing at the International Auto Show on January in North America. Comment this news on the forum!
