Chrysler bringing back zero percent financing

Chrysler LLC secured 1.5 billion Dollars in extra federal loans, so now the carmaker decided on reintroducing 0 % financing on a bid boosting the sales. The carmaker includes a big number of the 2008 - 2009 Chrysler, Dodge plus Jeep units on the 0 % deal up to sixty months.

Chrysler offers the 0 % financing to the qualified customers, likely the ones with the credit scores of 620 and more, according to the carmaker's co-president, Jim Press.

Chrysler Financial, the financing arm of Chrysler had “virtually not been able to be active in retail credit in last 30 to 45 days at all,” Press affirmed on a conference call with the reporters.

The carmaker estimated up to 25 % of the potential sales in December were lost, the reason being that customers could not finance via Chrysler Financial. This 0 % program is covering a large area of Chrysler products, from Jeep Grand Cherokee, the Commander plus Wrangler to... Dodge Grand Caravan, Challenger, Charger and Ram, as well as Chrysler Town and Country plus 300.
