Kia Soul`ster is going in the production

The Soul from Kia might get a brand new brother. Kia`s taking a really serious look now at its concept Soul’ster for production. `The response was so overwhelming` affirmed Alex Fedorak, a spokesman for Kia Motors in America. This Jeepish Kia was shown first last month in Detroit on the North American Auto Show. Even at the premiere officials by Kia were talking about configurations of the engine and possibilities of production, that will not be likely too hard if you consider most of the soul comes really from the... Soul.

Kia added more than few all-new panels on this economy vehicle. Kia instead lobbed off its roof and 2 doors creating a budget-friendly cool beach buggy calling it... the Soul’ster.

Kia will offer the car with any of the 4 engines available for Soul sedan/crossover unit. If Kia puts this model into production then it would have one of 4 diesel and gas options internationally offered (America will get only the 2.0-liter gas 4-cylinder engine producing 140 hp). 'Soul’ster delivers something new, intriguing and relevant to today’s buyers – a fun, affordable convertible for active people who like to share good times with friends' affirmed Tom Kearns, the chief designer, KMA. 'Defying categorization and providing utility and practicality, the Soul’ster exhibits distinctive design cues and satisfies multiple consumer needs'.
