New spy shots of the 2010 Fiat Grande Punto

The 2010 Fiat Grande Punto facelift has been revealed in a series of new spy shots. We can see the 2010 Grande Punto without any heavy camouflage in a set of revealing pictures that have hit the internet. The 2010 Grande Punto facelift apparently has a new dashboard that is inspired from the lines of the larger Bravo hatchback and a revised front and rear end design. The facelifted Grande Punto is expected to compete against cars like the Peugeot 207 and the Ford Fiesta.

The facelifted Grande Punto has a new front bumper that has three incorporated grilles and a dark grey center section and a revised front end with reworked headlamps. In the photos we can also see that the designers working for Fiat have restyled the tail lights. The 2010 Fiat Grande Punto is set to make its public debut in September at the Frankfurt Auto Show with sales set to begin before the end of the year.

Moving on to the inside of the car, the 2010 Grande Punto has a new dashboard design that is inspired quite obviously from the successful model Fiat Bravo . Some of the key features are represented by the new audio and climate system, the deep-set gauges on the instrument panel along with the circular side vents.

Rumors have it that the engine line up will feature a series of revised gasoline and diesel engines, but since nothing is official yet, we will just have to wait and see.
