The German tuning company Lumma Design has a reputation of being one of the most radical tuners on the market. Maybe the best examples to demonstrate this statement are the BMW M5 modified by Lumma Design under the name CLR 500 RS and the BMW X6 that was modified by the German tuning company under the name CLR X650 GT . The latest creation of the tuning company Lumma Design is based on the Mercedes Benz E-Class. The German tuning company decided to take a more subtle attitude in the modification process of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Thus, they have released a sport package called E50 CLR.
The main features of the E50 CLR sport package made by Lumma Design consist of a new Carbon/Kevlar trunk lid with an integrated lip spoiler, a new front apron with integrated daytime lights (optional LEDs), a new rear bumper that houses the diffuser, unobtrusive side skirts and a roof spoiler attached on the rear windshield. Moving on towards the inside, we can see features like unique floor and trunk mats, sport pedals made of milled aluminum and new graphics for the speedometer. Also, the CLR 500 RS sport package made by Lumma Design comes with a choice of over 20 inch alloy wheels in different designs that are mated to 245/30 R20 Michelin tires in the front and 285/25 R20 at the back of the car.
The technical modifications consist of a sport suspension that lowers the ride height by 25 millimeters. Also, a big range of engine upgrades are available. The most powerful engine upgrades makes the stock engine of the Mercedes E-Class to be more powerful by 62 HP and 20 Nm of torque for a total of 450 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque. A new sport exhaust system with 4X90 millimeters tailpipes is available in the package. Unfortunately, details regarding the pricing of this upgrade kit have not been made public until now.
