Production version of CTS Coupe previewed in Cadillac commercial

What we have here is the latest promotional effort from the American automaker Cadillac. The General Motors subsidiary, Cadillac, has launched a commercial that is sixty seconds long. The promotional video that is sixty seconds long is named Re-Ignition, which is a very interesting name. In this video we can see upcoming Cadillac models like the 2010 Cadillac SRX crossover or the next Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon. In the last part of the video we can see the production version of the Cadillac CTS Coupe that is set to make its debut on the North American market in the summer of the next year.

Unfortunately, we only get to see the two door sports coupe for just a very short period of time, but from what we have observed, the exterior of the new Cadillac CTS Coupe will be quite similar to the one of the concept version that we have seen back in 2008 at the Detroit Auto Show. It would be very interesting if the production version of the new Cadillac CTS Coupe will be very similar to the design of the concept version, because this happens extremely rare.

General Motors said in a recent statement that the range of version of the new Cadillac CTS Coupe will include a ``V``-version that they hope will be able to compete with the BMW M3. From what it seems, the Cadillac CTS-V coupe will have the same engine as the CTS-V sedan. More precisely, the engine will be a V8 supercharged petrol unit that has an output of 556 horsepower.
