Spy photos of 2011 Infiniti QX leaked on Twitter

What we have here are two photos that have leaked online showing the 2011 Infiniti QX. From what it seems the Japanese automaker Infiniti intends to replace the Infiniti QX56 with this all new 2011 Infiniti QX. The 2011 Infiniti QX is expected to hit the market in the next year, but the date was yet to be announced. Back in December 2008 a series of spy photos appeared online showing the next generation Nissan Patrol. If you look at those photos and compare them to the photos below of the Infiniti QX, you will see that aside from the slightly different wheel arches and the unique front end design, the next generation Nissan Patrol and the 2011 Infiniti QX will practically be the same car, at least in terms of exterior design. Some people might also say that the car shown below reminds them of the Kia Soul, at least in terms of the front end styling. The main similarities of the front end of the Kia Soul and the front end of the 2011 Infiniti QX are represented by the side air vents and the blacked out windscreen columns, amongst other details.

Unfortunately, until now we do not have any official information regarding the huge luxury SUV of the Japanese automaker Infiniti. Still, it is quite possible that the 2011 Infiniti QX to get its power from a V8 engine based on the V8 5.6 liter that will be made available for the 2011 Infiniti M range. It is expected that this V8 engine to have an output of around 400 HP, which should be more than enough to allow the 2011 Infiniti QX to drive quite smoothly in any road conditions.
