Jay Leno`s Focus BEV Ford seen in action

19th of September 2009 by Emil Ford unveiled details recently of the Focus battery electric, all-new, taking place on the self-named new show of Jay Leno during the department of Green Car Challenge. Ford has released now the electric Focus video in action. Its strength is coming from a 'permanent magnetic electric motor' making 141-hp plus 236 lb-ft of top torque. It's fitted to a gearbox single-speed, MacPherson- front suspension type struts and Independent SLA (short-long arm), on back - multi-link control blade system.
